My academic publications

“I want to be a bridge between Europe and China, and help European students find their way to study here“

Diversity is a wonder of nature and spiritus movens development in the world. When I decided to participate in international exchange programs, I was motivated to discover more about other cultures first hand, form my own opinion and break down bias. I wanted to gain a more nuanced understanding of China, Korea and other countries. I was highly interested in exploring how imagination and media images can change perceptions and distort reality. I have always sought to surround myself with open-minded people and I have worked to promote this attitude throughout my life. My experiences have taught me the great power of ideas exchange and its ability to help us adapt to new ways of thinking. Discussing different ideas lets us learn from each other and find solutions for our issues, because diversity helps us to put the problems of our society into a fresh context. It seems obvious at first but we only gain new perspectives by actively putting ourselves in situations where we come into contact we new ideas and cultures.
